Valentine’s Day...... **blush blush**

This is the Valentine’s Day special episode!!!

Had a gala time and a memorable trip!! We started the journey from Bikaner house on
12th Feb'10 {forgot my buddy's b'day coz of the excitement :( soooo "SORRY" Buddy!!} So, it goes without saying that we were super excited about the weekend trip. Especially when me n christy **my sweetheart** are together, one can expect all the dotty dioramas around :P

Ok, ok, back to the topic - So, we took the bus and started our adventures trip **nah nah,the trip was not to mountains, but was to "Jaipur", it was us who made it adventures**. We left Delhi at 1:30 pm and believe me, it was the most tiring journey one could ever experience. As correctly said by Ms. Peter - it was **GHATAK**.....We learnt all Baba Ramdev's aasans by the end of it...Succha pain in all the wrong places :( Still, we enjoyed as much as we could, our time pass - clicking pics, reading books & all time favorite **BC** (don't think dirty - I meant Baat Cheet :P)...Also, how can I forget to mention the most helpful gadget - "I-POD", Real time life saver :D

After struggling for 8 long hours, we finally managed to get our asses off from that weird bus. Goshhhh!!!! I have never had succha tough time traveling....BTW, Christy did all the hotel arrangements and as was expected, there as no cab to pick us. Hence, we got an auto to get to the hotel [the hotel paid for the auto, so I didn't feel too bad really ;)]

As soon as we stepped in the auto, we made sure to convince the auto wala bhaiya to get us buy some Vodka **wink**…and he happily agreed to take us to a wine shop with an additional charge of Rs. 30/- ..after a Km or so, he stopped his auto and asked us to go out n shop what we were looking for and to our surprise he misunderstood a wine shop to a Chemist shop :P….By the time we managed to explain him, he timidly smiled and said “madam main samajh gaya aap log joh bol rahe hain par yahan shops 8 baje band ho jaati hain”……N that was enough to put us off for a while again!!! Super tiring trip, lots of yoga and no vodka :( …….

Finally we managed to reach our hotel. Was a nice “haweli” tagging few big alphabetical stuff saying “BANI PARK PALACE” loud n clear enough to make one feel a little rich ;) We had a warm welcome and along with it a helpful Receptionist who offered us some chilled beer. We asked him to serve us some dinner quickly with two bottles of bear **nah nah, m still not a beer fan, but as they say “majboori ka naam Mahatma Gandhi”**. So, yup I didn’t have any other choice but to grab whatever was available. We got ready for the dinner and went to the sexy roof top to get some filling food with few stunning pictures *giggles*….. Was a nice vegetarian dinner consisting of my favorite Daal Makhni and Jeera Rice, yummmmmmyyyy!!!. N yes about the beer, as expected we could not control our voracity so ordered for 2 bottles but could only finish one, nah nah, we didn’t waste the other one – just that it was used as a conditioner for our hair :)……We then went back to our room, nice cozy one and watched “Rahul ka Swyamvar” **don’t get us wrong, it was just to make fun of it :p**

Next morning, the day seemed beautiful…We got ready and went for our breakfast in the garden. Nice coffee with awesome weather and a couple of hot parathas, hummmm, that’s all one longs for.

We started our day’s tour by visiting a lot of places (not getting in details as 1- you guys have seen enough pics and 2- I don’t wanna bore you), but it would be sad if I don’t mention the fort that we went to. Auto wala bhaiya took us there and almost charged a fortune for it, still we didn’t complain coz he saved our guide’s expense because of his brilliant PR skills and he also was an on job photographer for us who not only clicked our pics but also gave us tips to pose. Was good fun!!

Then we headed to our fave job – “shopping”, bought everything starting from bangles to earrings to bandhani suits…while coming back, we met few greedy cops who tortured our driver enough to get some bribe and finally agreed on 100/- bucks coz the auto wala bhaiya was becoming a bond and was driving without sufficient papers of vehicle ownership and to top it all, he was not carrying his driving license either…but yeh, as far as you are in India and have Mr. Gandhi with you, you can get out of any mess :p

We planned to visit chowkidhani in the eve but by the day end we were so freaking tired that we could not care for more but decided to hog few snacks in the hotel and move out for a mouth watering non-veg dinner to handi. Hence, we grabbed few pakoras and wafers and moved out after an hour rest. And yes, the food was awesome and even if it was not I will have to say that it was coz we paid almost the entire three days trip food cost to “Handi”….totally crazyyyyyy…..

Reached back to the hotel after much adventure of handling the “staring to rape glare” from all jaipur men, and started our gossip channel again ;)….we shared all the stories of our ex’s and non ex’s maniacs who were with us at some point in time and so, thanked god to pull us out of those muddled relationships…And finally the night ended. With a new dayspring we packed our bags and came back from a gratifying trip!!!! Yayyaayyy!!!

And yup, to add the last tint of enthusiasm, we came planning our next trip to Kanha in MP on the way back with of coarse not to forget, accomplishing all the Baba Ramdev's aasans with sheer perfection!! lolzzzzzzzzzzzzz :D
